Updates

These are the updates that take place in the Wonderous Wood. The primary reason for this is for record keeping and notes that I may need. I will not be linking to the different sections nor the new sections of the Wonderous Wood, you must find them! If you have any questions, please e-mail me at delennjohn@aol.com.

I have managed to fix up the Meadow of Mysts and made it more equal to the rest of the Wood. I'd love comments on it...but only for those of you who can find it.

February 6, 2003
I have been updating this site, but I haven't been updating here, in the updates section. Many new creatures have wandered into the Wood. A new drigus, several wild wolves, and so many more have found their homes here.

Also, there is a new Drigus for adoption in the Wood. That is, of course, if you can find the adoption.

July 28, 2002
Oh, no! The Saviory has been attacked by Fri-on! Some of the creatures have moved out, and now they have new homes in the Wood. I hear there is a Rainforest, a Jungle, a Bay...oh my!

July 27, 2002
It is finally here: the super index! That's right, I've made a fill that lists every single adoptee that lives in the Woods. Of course, it isn't 100% complete as of yet, but it is very close to being complete. (The Saviory is one of the larger sections no done.)

Try and find it! It is well hidden, as it LINKS to just about everywhere in the Wood...

Well, now I've gone and done it. The Wonderous Wood is an interactive story, where, if you so chose, you can save the Wood from an evil man and allow a princess to marry her prince.

This "game" however has been lost due to one reason: the Wood has grown too large...

Don't worry, I am NOT taking down the Wonderous Wood not my cyber pets. What did I do? Well, I've split the Wonderous Wood's areas into two places: the Split Path and the Lead Path.

The Lead Path is the 'main game' places. This includes all the areas that you will need to visit in order to defeat the 'game'.

The Split Path holds all the places that do not give 'nessassary' information on how to defeat the game.

BOTH OF THESE PLACES HAVE DIFFERENT ADOPTIONS! Kattails can be found in both, and both have different 'find me' adoptions. The Wisdom is located on the Lead Path still.

This page has been updated a while, but I haven't been adding to the updates page. Why? Well, I was lazy. Secondly, I have AP work for over the summer, and I just don't want to waste time. So, I will do a quick re-cap of some new things.

New Kattails have been hidden for adoption as well, so try and find them if you can.

Try and find the new Valley of Depth and Overreigning Orchard. The Saphire Brook, too, has become a new part of the Wonderous Wood. They home some of the strangest, and most wonderful, creatures of the Wood. I can not begin to even list who and what has moved in. Most are from The Market, and others are from random draws and such things. Please take time to try and find them, it will be worth the while.

The Underground might have also begun to show up (I can't tell, you know, just rumors...) as well as a Coral Reef. (From what I hear, the Coral is pretty near the Ocean Dome.)

February 26, 2002
I've managed to put up the Looming Layr. What is it? Well, go and find it! More to come soon...by the way, the Wonderous Wood now has OVER 1,000 PAGES!!!! Woohoo!!!

February 24, 2002
A melcey pup has wandered into the wood! Yay! Rain'kai the Rainbow (ODA) dragon has grown to full adult stage, and several jeweled fairy dragons have managed to hatch out of their cacoons.

I have heard rumors of new dragons in the Den, too...

February 19, 2002
I've moved the Saviory over to the new server. Wow! Freed up tons of space, I tell you! Anyway, if I have adopted something from you and the link is broken, e-mail me and I will send you the URL!

Also, the Volcano, and yes there is a volcano, can be more easily found now. I didn't want to hide it as badly as I did before...I could barely find it! Anyways, another Hunter Cat has moved in along with another Wild Wolf. In addition, a few more dragons and even a vaishen have moved in.

I've added the Mindless Mire. See if you can find it...there is a hidden adoption in it, but I did not make it easy!

February 18, 2002
I've decided to expand the Wonderous Wood onto more than one server. There are many reasons for this. Only certain sections will be visable. For instance, the Tour of the Wild. Visit the New Page.

February 17, 2002
I've revamped the forest so it matches the rest of the wood. In addition, I have done this to the Beach, the Mountains, and a lot of the hidden places. I've been adding more plots, more text, and generally more.

Keep an eye out for special creatures. I've adopted many Valinetine's Day adoptables! Thank you everyone! Also, I will be revamping a lot of the older pages. Keep an eye out for: new backgrounds, new quest, and more conversations in general.

February 16, 2002
I've given the Elven Fortress a much-deserved revamp. New residents will be added as time goes by. Oh, yes, I've also added the Awry Artics! They are growing!

Fabruary 9, 2002
Well, I've added the Island (you'll have to find that) as well as the Docks and the Boat. (Well, they lead to the island.) Also, I've added another Kattail for adoption. (Maybe on the island, yes?) And I have added a bunch of adopteds!

In addition, I've added a section called "Hidden Treasures" to the main page. Now you can find goodies like awards. I DO NOT TELL YOU WHAT ADOPTIONS CAN BE FOUND! There is a place within the wood that can tell you that.

January 29, 2002
I've been thinking about it, and I have decided to do Award Searches. I am not sure when I will be updating those...anyways, I have been working on some more pages.

Grymson Gardens- Qui'ki'kor hopes for Fairy Dragons. (LATER UPDATE - they've hatched and are in the wood!)

January 29, 2002
I've been playing around at Skyhaven, and I have managed to stumble upon some interesting creatures and even a few awards. In addition, Kavanai hatched! She is from Surprise Adoptions.

January 26, 2002
I am making candidate/persona/pre-pages for a few creatures in hopes of adopting. You can take a peek at them, if you'd like.

Mynd-Myst Moutains - Gyana hopes for a Fyrin.
Highland Plateau - Wind hopes for a Sunrunner.
The Riverbed - My'ana'va hopes for a Kingdom Dragon. (LATER UPDATE - fully grown, moved into the Wood.)
Royal Myst Lake - hopeful Crystal Wyvern.
The Lone Area - Meya hopes for an Egyptus.
The Lone Area - E'van'ka hopes for two Delhi.
Gryphonai Hidden - Sosana hopes for an Emana.
Gryphonai Hidden - hopeful Kiira.
Gryphonai Hidden - Gya hopes for an imp dragon.
The Lone Area - hopeful Talorian.

Yay! I have managed to adopt another WildWolf named Jyankia. I've also won a Fei'daqq from a random draw. Her name is Veahsac'Biyon, or Untamed River. Another new pet is Steam, the Jeweled Wolf! And the first Egyptis in the Wood has arrived, Chanashade! From the Starfire Valley, Ey'vanialeva hails! She is the first Equindishi of the Wood. I've also adopted Pagi and Pursina's first litter of Show Cats. Myrror's Goal critters have also be added. Now, from the Everrealm, there is: Vyana, a stormbring wolf; Hyant'oui, a hunter cat; and Menna, another hunter cat.

I am not quite sure when I did this, but I will put these updates underneath this date. I have lost my main records, my macantosh, which holds all of the Wonderous Wood, is down. Anyways, now I must rely on my windows NT entirely.

In addition to this, I have decided to hide the Kattail Adoptions around the site. I will try my best to keep hiding them, so far only about three or four are out there. Anyways, I will be updating that.
