About the Artwork:
Dragons have often been guardians. Guardians of great treasure, guardians of forests or other sacred places, and now Law uses them as guardians of a staircase winding up into the mountains. The details in the landscape look much like scales, and the woman atop the front-most sentinel is elf-like.
About the Artist:
Stephanie Pui-Mun Law is an artists with an educational background in Computer Science. She has an incredible personal body of work, derived from inspiration from myth and folklore, that conveys a tremendous sense of wonder and awe. Her work has been commissioned in various publications and games.
