Any information submitted to me, drago (the owner and creator of the Circle of the Dragon), will not be sold, distributed, or otherwise given out to third parties. However, should you send me a message which I do not understand or I need help with, I may share the letter with someone else in order to gain feedback. Your contact information, however, will remain private unless you give me permission to do otherwise.

The only time I will disclose your information to others are the following:

If you win an award from this site, I will provide a link to your site on the winners' page.
If you e-mail me a flame (a letter that has no real content that simply is a hate letter), it may just be posted for others to read...with your e-mail...on a black list.
Should you send me something that is illegal in anyway, I will report it to the proper authorities.
By signing the Guestbook, you understand that you have chosen to disclose your own information. This is similar with the forum as well; I cannot be held responsible for the information you disclose there.
By joining the Update List, you must realize that your e-mail can be found by anyone else who is signed up to the update list.
Should you submit a question that I find appropriate, I may add it to the Frequently Asked Questions, but I will not disclose your contact information here.

Please realize that this site is non-commercial, meaning I don't intend to sell you or any of my other visitors anything. I will not give out your contact information (e-mail, name, etc.) for any reason other than the above. However, this policy may be subject to change.
