About the Artwork:
The background of this particular design is cleverly intricate, reflecting both Celtic knot work and other elements of circular dragon design. The semi-translucent wings of the primary dragon are incredibly clear. Some of the features of the dragon, however, are a bit murky in comparison to the rest of the piece.
About the Artist:
Jessica Peffer studied art at Columbus College of Art and Design and lives and works in Ohio, USA. She is a freelance illustrator, working mostly with fantasy themes and styles. Her nickname is "The Neon Dragon."
